Day 5: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (3,194 m)

Day 6: Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3,210 m) and Tadapani (2,590 m)

Day 1: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300 m)
Focusing your arrival time, our representatives will be there at Tribhuvan International Airport for your welcome. After heartily welcome, you will be further transferred to fine tourist standard hotel. This day, we schedule for short meeting to introduce with trekking members and argue about the upcoming trek.  

Day 2: Kathmandu valley sightseeing and preparation
After attending our morning delicious breakfast, we step forward for sightseeing famous spots like Pashupatinath Temple, Swyambhunath Stupa (monkey temple) and Boudhanath Stupa which are on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site. After observing these magnificent sites for some hours, we return back for finalizing our trekking clothes and gear those which are essential for upcoming trek. This second night will also be spent at the same hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara (820 m)
Today after morning breakfast, our private vehicle arrives at the hotel for shifting you towards bus station to catch tourist standard bus towards Pokhara. Therefore leaving the valley, the bus heads west of Kathmandu valley catching Prithvi Highway towards Pokhara valley. Along on the way, we stop twice for breakfast and lunch before we step Pokhara. Finally, after reaching Pokhara, we explore Fewa Lake on remaining hours and stay overnight at lodge. 

Day 4: Pokhara to Nayapul (1,070 m) and Tikhedhunga (1,540 m)
Enjoying early morning breakfast, we drive towards Nayapul and finally after steeping Nayapul we quickly begin our bag packing and arrangements to start out trek forward. Developing trek straightly takes towards Birethanti for check informality at the office of ACAP and continuing walk forward passing gravel roads, rivers, bamboo forests, waterfalls, farms and unique settlements takes to Tikhedhunga for stay overnight. 

Day 5: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (3,194 m)
Leaving Tikhedhunga behind, the trail takes us to Ulleri (Large Magar Village) by crossing a stream on a suspension bridge. Catching upward ascends with the magnificent view of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli from Ulleri by passing numerous of unique settlements, Rhododendron and oak forests takes towards Ghorepani, situated at top of the hill. This night will be spent at the lodge in Ghorepani.

Day 6: Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3,210 m) and Tadapani (2,590 m)
Today leaving Ghorepani, we develop our walk early morning to reach Poon hill viewpoint before the sunrise. Unbelievable view of Annapurna Himalayan Range and many other neighboring Himalayas while striking morning phenomenal sunrise from high elevation makes your moment wonderful. After enjoying the awesome moment, we get back to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue hike towards east to reach Tadapani to stay overnight.

Day 7: Tadapani to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m)
Triggering Tadapani, we pass Rhododendron forest and walk down to the Kimrong River along after crossing the bridge, we pass few more other settlements to step Chhomrong. Therefore, we develop our trek forward down the steep trail enjoying the view of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna Sanctuary until we reach Jhinu Danda. Finally, after stepping Jhinu Danda, we relax and enjoy hot spring bath and we join lodge for stay overnight. 

Day 8: Jhinu Danda to Landruk (1,640 m)
After having morning breakfast, we move towards downhill passing dense forest to cross suspension bridge which takes towards water mill. Following the trail along forward passing numerous of suspension bridges and waterfalls along catching the bank of river reaches Landruk (major village of Gurung in Annapurna region). We explore the village on the remaining hour and stay at the lodge in Landruk. 

Day 9: Landruk to Pothana (1,890 m)
Today enjoying morning breakfast at Landruk, we walk through zigzag trail and pleasing forests along numerous suspension bridges to reach Pitam Deurali. From there following the stone paved trail along crossing numerous settlements and temples by viewing the giant face of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli takes to Pothana. Inspecting marvelous face of Mount Machhapuchhare from Pothana, we spend a night at the lodge. 

Day 10: Pothana to Pokhara
Today quitting Pothana and following our trail, we walk down to Dhampus passing Australian camp and Deurali on way. From there crossing terraced rice fields, cultivated lands and cottages will take us towards Phedi to catch a bus and drive to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, we spent our remaining time in exploring throughout and night will be spent at tourist standard lodge. 

Day 11: Pokhara to Kathmandu
After early morning sweet breakfast, we step forward to catch tourist standard bus towards Kathmandu leaving Pokhara. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be picked up by our private vehicle and shifted towards fine tourist standard hotel throughout. Evening hours will be separated for discussing about memorable moments of trekking and night along evening hours will be spent on popular local restaurant enjoying Nepalese cultural dance and music with delicious Nepali food.

Day 12: Departure day
On last day focusing your time, you can go shopping to collect some gifts for your friends or family members.  We help you for your necessary arrangements and pack-ups along our private vehicle transfers you to the airport focusing your departure time. Our representatives will be there to wish for your safe flight and successful steps ahead.

All visitors are required to arrange a visa in order to enter Nepal. A Nepalese visa can be easily obtained upon arrival on arrival in Kathmandu at the airport or Nepalese embassy abroad. But nationals from Afghanistan, Iraq, Cameroon, Ghana, Somalia, Swaziland, Palestine, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Liberia cannot secure the Nepalese Visa upon arrival. The Visa can also be secured at entry point at Nepalese borders. A valid passport for at least six months, recent digital photo (size: 1.5" x 1.5") will be required and you can obtain visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.

Official Papers

Some of the required official documents are your valid passport, 4 extra passport sized photographs (for trekking permits), travel insurance, airline tickets and luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon entry into Nepal.

Weather Information

Weather in the mountains is pretty difficult to predict.  Nights are generally cooler and days are warm.  Months of winter (January and February) are bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out. It snows during the month of January, February and December in Himalayan areas.

Best time to travel

Nepal offers diversified geographical regions and so as the climatic condition differs from the Himalayas to the plains. The climate varies as per the season. Nepal generally offers 4 seasons amongst which autumn and spring are the two most favorable ones for visiting Nepal. It is always wise to know about the weather and climatic condition of the place you visit. The best time to travel really depends on your destination, activities and season of travel. Our destination specialists will recommend certain travel times after learning more about your preferences. The favorable months for trekking and climbing are usually September – November, and February – April. The monsoon season is June – August.

Physical Fitness

Even though the physical fitness plays an important role in trekking you don’t have to be super athletes or a marathon runner to trek in Nepal.  Many people of good fitness for their age can complete the trek. You can prepare yourself before hand by doing some yoga which will prepare you in your breathing as you will be going to the higher altitude. Running or hiking to hills, going for a long walk will also help you. And if you live in urban area running in the stairs of a tall building will also work better in keeping you fit for trekking. All though these preparations aren’t strictly compulsory, you can do well even when the preparations you do aren’t rigorous like that of some ultra-athletic person. Do these things in moderate pace for two months or even less.  And you are set to complete any trekking to Nepal.

Travel Insurance

Doing the insurance while trekking is Nepal is not compulsory but will surely help you a lot if you do one, as it covers any comprehensive expenses possible to acquire due to medical issues or accidents. Your travel insurance must protect air ambulance, treatment charge, rescue and evacuation, product cancellation and refundable charges, flight delay and cancellations. We suggest you to bring you travel insurance certificate or send us scan copy and it must be issued from your home land. We do not arrange or sell insurance so you can find your local travel insurance for this.

Vaccination for Nepal

All travelers should consult with their physician or update on vaccination requirements before travel. (Your doctor or health-care provider will determine what you will need, depending on factors such as your health and immunization history, areas of the country you will be visiting, and planned activities) For traveling to Nepal; we recommend you to take a vaccination of Polio, Tetanus, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies etc, it is not really must but recommended.
