I traveled to both Tibet and Bhutan with this agency, and they gave me the cheapest deals. (of course, I visited many travel agencies in Thamel beforehand). The price per day in Bhutan was the cheapest, and they did not charge flight booking fees. Many think that for Bhutan tour, the price is fixed, but it is not true. The price per day varies from agency to agency. It is worth noting that not all travel agencies (even though they advertise so) directly organize tour packages to Bhutan and/or Tibet. Many agencies work as intermediaries, then they charge extra fees for their service and often for booking flights. So going to Tashi Delek straight is a good idea for Tibet and Bhutan. The staff are very nice, too.
